Well actually smartphone gimbals nowadays are at a comfortable 75-200$ (the “sweet spot” is 150$) since tech improved & these things aren’t supposed to be as intuitive as DSLR gimbals (which are 400-700$). Things such as the DJI Osmo Mobile 2 are easy to use & at minimum doesn’t require any add-ons.

Even if Boogie wanted to do this “low tech”, he can buy a compact/small tripod that could be collapsible and form a makeshift gimbal/stand for usually less than 30$. But it’s cringe that Boogie claims to be a techie… and rely on his Samsung smartphone as his sole camera whenever he’s out of his house.

… or better yet, at least buy a camera altogether! Basic DSLRs like a Canon Rebel T7 are at minimum 400$, and several “mega bundles” exist on Amazon that give a head start (even though some of those things are something photographers dismiss, but good if you’re a novice). I’m highly confident Boogie can buy one, maybe two to give a friend (record another POV), and at minimum those cameras record maybe a few minutes (at max 30 mins due to rules) of video at a decent quality. A camera that can handle video work (high end Panasonic cameras come to mind) or a camcorder/high end video camera can do more.

Can confirm since I use these things for my photography / amateur videography work.

Is the one I did. When I bought all my ingredients, Choline Bitartrate wasn't on the list.

Even included is vitamins to take to supplement what you will not be getting.

Price can vary, I went ahead and bought a large quantity to force myself to stick to it (50 lb bag of masa). Price is cheaper the more bulk you get. The flaxseeds to my knowledge are just there for fiber, and they have a weird texture, so feel free to cut them if you don't like it (fiber is good though, and filling).

I actually suggest flavored protein powder, as it can get bland. Or you can do as other people do, and add different near 0 calorie flavors to it, including cinnamon, cocoa powder, or vanilla.

I personally use Protein Powder for protein powder instead. Good macro nutrient profile, and a ton of flavors to choose from. My favorites are Cake Batter, Banana Cream, and Rocky Road.

You will have hunger cravings for 2 weeks if you only use this as food. They WILL go away if you can be diligent for 2 weeks though. This is the same with any diet if you have tried though.

I started only drinking soylent for awhile, but decided for social reasons I would not kill myself over eating real food.

Does Sammy have enough treats by any chance Boogie?

Fucking christ, the kitchen was bad enough before you end up eying up the 8 or 9 bags of fucking dog treats just sitting on the counter, is he expecting the fucking apocalypse or does Sammy eat his body weight in treats every bloody day?

For reference, Sammy seems to like "Nudges" brand and "Good'n'fun" brand.

Absolutely.

Start with this book: https://www.amazon.com/Complex-PTSD-Surviving-RECOVERING-CHILDHOOD/dp/1492871842

It's not a therapy book, but rather a sort of overview of the recovery process as told by a psychologist who was abused as a child and went through it.

I would read it. It will give you a lot of guidance as to how to assess where you are at in your healing and where to go from there.

I've got a few posts in my account history about my experiences with CBD oil and ketamine to treat the trauma aspects of CPTSD. These treatments were done with about a year and a half of work with a trauma therapist doing CBT and EMDR.

Now, that I have healed the trauma aspects of it, I am starting to work on the personality disorder aspects of it that unfortunately come from being raised by shitty parents and working on becoming part of a community of people again. I do this with work with my therapist and via a 12 step recovery program with my church.

You have to be willing to accept that you are an asshole and just saying "I have C-PTSD" or "I am dissasociating" doesn't actually mean shit. Harmful actions cause harm. End of story.

12-step recovery programs usually have rules prohibiting you from speaking about anyone else while you are in group. You can only talk about yourself. It's tough, because you can't use your past as a crutch anymore to evade accountability.

I won't lie. The treatment process can be expensive though. Ketamine set me back about $3k and the therapy sessions are $180 and out of my insurance network.

This is why Boogie2988 pisses me off so much lately. Most people who have his high of an ACE score won't ever be able to make enough money to afford to do the work. He's been given this incredible financial opportunity and he's not only not doing the work, but he's spending it on fucking cars.
