You're going to get the better range of scooters for around $200, but the Pheonix pilot, which is temporarily out of stock at the Vault will fit your needs.

If you can spare another $50, you should get the AO Quadrum 2, probably the best street complete for its price range. It is a little bit taller and is sold from the vault.

I agree with going with an Aztek complete. Aztek's known for their longer and slightly wider decks. I'm considering getting a raw aluminum Aztek Siren V2 deck myself to do a custom build.

Now for the ones that fold, I've seen them sold (sneaked in, actually) at a few of the pro scooter shops online. For a commuter/folder, I like the Globber Adult One Second Folding Adjustable Height Scooter with 230mm Wheels. It's got one of the longest decks for a folder. The deck's width is a nice comfortable 6" - desirable for a commuter. The Globber is quite quirky - I'd dump the handbrake (they lockup the wheels) and the bell attached to the handlebar. Also, the removable handlebar ends will need some modification - they make metal on metal noise/rattling. If buying, make sure you keep it all together before the end of 30 days, just in case you want to return it. They currently don't sell spare parts (except for the wheels) in the U.S. - I adopted this one for doing office and shopping commutes - I ended up buying another Globber 230mm for spare parts. Selling point: The handlebar adjusts all the way to a 46" height. https://www.amazon.com/Globber-Folding-Adjustable-Scooter-Titanium/dp/B074FFJMLM?th=1

If you don't care about the fold, by all means, do the Aztek.
honestly, you'd be better off with a fusion or something. Also consider Ultra pros, everyone starts on one. its ultimately what you are comfortable with.

There's 2 I found for a pretty good price, option number 1 being a Madd Gear vx7 mini for $99 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LYCZ2QO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_VA4WCbP7SA0QP)
But if you really want to stretch it with a razor, the only razor that has "decent" specs is the "El Dorado" scooter for only $43 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B1XEIWQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_aE4WCb4Y4F5B3)
Other than that, I strongly advise not to get the razor, because they use cheap parts.
Hey man use to be a scooter myself and this is what you can get for around that price. http://www.amazon.com/Fuzion-F0417-PRO-X-3-Platinum/dp/B00FQT5D7A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1416454054&sr=8-1&keywords=trick+scooter . Now if you want something a little better you can up fyour pice to around $200 and get something like this for them. http://www.amazon.com/Grit-Fluxx-Pro-Scooter-Blue/dp/B00MKUBL4C/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1416454054&sr=8-4&keywords=trick+scooter . Now you can keep uping the price and get better and so on. Hope this works and if your not happy with those options then just google trick scooters and you should find plenty of options.
Nice. Thanks for the reply. I might go with that one. Have you heard of tackedoo? https://www.amazon.com/Tackedoo-Complete-Freestyle-Stunt-Scooter/dp/B013TGT2ZU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1469589085&sr=8-1&keywords=tackedoo
No I'm pretty sure I'm in the right place.

Scooter like the one above, I am not talking about ones like this
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DHZ61Q8/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_LyA1DbMAMRPZE
If r/scooter does include those than I am sorry for the inconvenience, I just thought that one was more moped based
OK cool. I am going to throw in a few scooters from a few different online stores and you can see if they deliver at a reasonable price to Slovakia.... all these scooters are in the low 3-3.5kg range and would suit beginner-intermediate and they are from companies that have been around for enough to know their quality (they also sponsor pro riders):
Ethic Erawan at Amazon France OR at Scooterhut
Crisp Ultima 2017 at Gizmania EU OR at Amazon UK
Grit Tremor at Scooter Hut
Crisp Evolution at Amazon UK
Depends on your age and height. If you are under 12 years old, consider about the Madd Gear VX7. If you are over 12 years of age, then you might want to expand your budget by a bit. A $200 Envy KOS Series 5 Heist might do.
Lucky and envy have pro scooters for less than $100, check them or offer up/let go. I was going to go go for this which was $50 when in stock then had a taller bar and bigger deck for an upgrade path if I found it necessary
