They are powder drink mixes with about the same ingredients as energy drinks you see at gas stations. I try to get the ones without creatine as it makes you gain weight, it's meant for people who lift a lot I think. Beta-alanine is another common ingredient but it doesn't have any negative effects.

They are also usually sugar-free but taste good to me. Kinda like crystal light. Lotta fruity citrus flavors. I'm drinking this one right now. it has about 200mg caffeine. If I get one with something crazy like 400mg caffeine I just use half the scoop. Less than $1 per drink.

My wife and I were gifted a $200 toaster for our wedding a couple of years ago. It has since gone down in price to $100 or so. It’s actually a fucking great toaster. It has a couple buttons that I are really great, like the “lift and look” which lifts the toast and drops it right back in with out interrupting the cycle to allow a quick peek, and the “a bit more” which puts it back in for just a bit more.

There’s a series of books called “The Patter”. Which breaks down a lot of Scottish, Glaswegian patois, maybe a connection there? Glaswegian slang in particular has some great words and phrases from the past which still stick to this day.

The Complete Patter: "The Patter: Guide to Current Glasgow Usage" and "The Patter: Another Blast" https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/0862416191/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_mDJ6AbQYK6QQP

It’s been so long since I read it and it was so cheap on Amazon I just ordered a copy. Ha! I remember laughing at this so much when I was younger.

In the suggested below there isa $50 toaster with clear sides that solves at least one of those issues nicely.

Personally if I'm laying out $200 for a toaster it better be a toaster oven able to hold a full sized pizza.

Funnily enough I just heard about this book: The Patter – A Guide to Current Glasgow Usage (but I'm sure it's less intense)

I'd apologize, but I'm not even sorry.

(Full disclosure, I am responsible for inflicting this upon the world)

Someone should procure a copy of Natural Harvest: A collection of semen-based recipes

$6.25 on kindle

$19.77 Paperback.

Edit: you could create your own sub and rake in the karma.

Today is the first time that I've ever seen it. I think it's just a random design for the flag that someone came up with fairly recently, and someone made it into a flag and put it up for sale.
