I spent 1200$ on a monitor no game will support (fallout,skyrim) can I get 1440X 3440 please for the love of sandwiches

I guarantee this would be the best thing you can spend 30 bucks on.
Not sure what price range "reasonably affordable" is for ya. I use the Sennheiser Game One (non-affiliated link). Am a fan of the open-back design and the auto-mute when the boom is raised. Definitely want a windscreen for the mic, though; without it your voice can get really hissy. It's not wireless but the cable's like six feet long.

If this is the case then I do need to go back and cancel it, guess we'll wait and see what others have to chime in. They sure do make this more complicated than it should be.

Just ordered mine.
It seems it's "physical copy only". I'm assuming that the key that comes with the disk will work in Windows 10, or at least I can get Microsoft support to swap it for one that does.
Edit: /u/Undead_Nichole found out that the Physical version can't be used with XBox Anywhere, and thus will not work with Windows 10:
