Actually, even beating Russia wouldn't be enough for them to win, there's a (very well researched) timeline/book on this exact scenario, The Anglo/American-Nazi War, also available on Amazon, under the title Festung Europa. I would personally recommend it, it's very good. And also very, very dark.

Himmler has shown in the past to be a much more fanatical Nazi than Speer is. OTL Speer wrote a book detailing what he thought Himmler was up to during the war; trying to build a state within a state, that was dominated entirely by the SS and would be more brutal and war driven than the regular Nazi Germany was (https://www.amazon.com/Infiltration-Heinrich-Himmler-Schemed-Industrial/dp/4871878775). In TNO, even if Speer didn't write that book, Himmler has tried to overthrow the German government already and only runs Burgundy as a consolation prize to keep him happy after the coup attempt, and then promptly turned Burgundy into that industrial SS hellstate he described in that book. It's fair to say OTL and TNO Speer have largely similar outlooks on their respective Himmlers.
At best, Himmler would be a wildcard that wouldn't really fit into Speer's reformed Reich. At worst, he wants to radically change it in the exact opposite direction as Speer wants.
