I've done natural T boosters and can share some thoughts. I don't feel that they raised my T, but I didn't get labs to compare. However, I do think they gave me energy when taken before training. I've tried Test Booster 1.0 and Nugenix. The Test Booster was the more affordable and has 1,500 mg per serving and the premium priced Nugenix has 3,000 mg per serving. Both kind of felt the same in the end: more energy throughout the day.

Eventually I made vitamins and minerals my main concern and I feel I've been having ore success with that. Now, I take 1x DHEA on an empty stomach before breakfast. Eat, then take 2x D3 (https://www.amazon.com/Life-Extension-Vitamin-5000-Softgels/dp/B000GTFOBA/) and 1x Trace Minerals (https://www.amazon.com/Life-Extension-Minerals-vegetarian-capsules/dp/B005MJTUEG/). The Trace Minerals has boron, zinc, magnesium, chromium, etc. All things associated with T. With lunch I take 2 Life Force Multiple (https://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-Multiple-Activator-Capsules/dp/B000GFPD0G/). Then 2 more with dinner. That's been my natural T boosting regimen as of late. Hope that isn't too tangential.

I second this.

Mom's are always overprotective and the less they know, the better.

Don't worry its really easy and does not hurt if you use small enough needles. Just get a nurse to show you how or watch youtube videos. I've learned it from youtube. There are good videos out there and its really not rocket science. Just make sure you follow it step by step and you are good to go

DIM (https://www.amazon.com/DIM-Supplement-BioPerine-Menopause-Inhibitor/dp/B006KL4TYG) & CDG (https://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-Calcium-D-Glucarate-Tablets/dp/B000GFSVSW) are both supplements that help regulate estrogen that I learned about from reading various men’s health forums. Dr. Saya and Dr. Crisler, two pretty prominent MDs in the men’s health field also endorsed them. Neither of them require a prescription and I purchased them directly from amazon; links are provided above.

Vitamin D supplement every morning.

Magnesium supplement every night.

Discipline to sleep on time. You're on TRT, time to cut the addictions and really live your life.

BUT if you really want to hack it once in a while:

I use these glasses at night if I have to be in front of the screen.

Melatonin will nuke your body into sleep. Take it 1 hr before bed. Good for fixing it once in a while, don't get dependent on it.

I was on a supplement, Test Worx - https://www.amazon.com/Selling-Booster-Supplement-Test-Worx/dp/B007FZLXGI. I've tried a few others, but I like this one the best.

After that initial lab when I was 23, my PCP at the time put me on TRT, but I switched to supplements after a couple of months since I couldn't afford it since I had bad insurance at the time.

well this is really good news because it does give you something to maybe look at, don't focus on it, let's say you recognize it. You will recover from it you have a strong mind i can read that from here. I want you to read this book, yea it looks hokey about enlightenment and all that shit, but here listne it's about learnign how to be here in the moment right wno, you stop thinking, you are just "here the now" he teaches you methods and you understand what he means when he says that we live in our minds too much, running through things that happen or have not happened and you learn to "stop" and when you do it's incredible, you kind of see the world differently, your stress will vanish, you have to read the book over and over and over, becuase we forget and we go back to our old ways. If you can trust any stranger to give you advice trust me when i tell you this book will change your life forever.

Same here! Using what you mentioned as well as nothing seems to help recently.

Have you started any new supplements recently? I started a Coline sup and being more regular with my fish oil, trying to figure out which my have been a factor.

I’m going to start trying Hibiclens as a rinse to see.

Also changing pillow case daily.

Check out Estrogenation an see which products your consuming that mimic estrogen.

BPA and it’s analogs leach into fluids. Cleaning, hygiene, beauty products are loaded with estrogenic chemicals.

Sky is also horrible.
