Used Book in Good Condition
I haven't read a ton, but I always recommend Casey Taft's book - Motivational Methods for Vegan Advocacy.
It's written in such brilliantly succinct language, and provides loads of interesting psychological insights around behavioural change and habit formation. It totally changed the way I think about my own efficacy and encouraged me to stop feeling like I had a responsibility to protect non-vegans from feeling uncomfortable when discussing veganism/meat-eating. It's a short read but super-potent!
I'm not well read on the subject, but I really enjoyed How to Create a Vegan World.

Read the reviews, they are much better in articulating the book, as-well as I haven't finished it yet: but I am enjoying it so far. :)
