If you're talking about the stitching, I was inspired by this pic from Jamie + The Jones, but sadly it is not for sale.
If you're talking about the fabric, you're in luck because Amazon has a dress made of the same print. I repurposed the fabric from this skirt.

I know it's not exactly "visible mending" but it could work.
I'd see if you could get a bit of fold over elastic (they come in all sorts of colors). If you go that route, hold it stretched out as you stitch in on, or sew it on with a zig zag stitch.
