Lots of good ideas on this thread. Here's my 2 cents:
For a stomach, I put a large blanket inside of a 2 person tent, then fill it with warm water. Sloshing and wrapping it around feels great. Another thing I do is tie a hammock up, something like [this], and it'll feel like you are in a stomach as you are swinging around.
Looking to make something like that in my basement actually. Eventually portable, to take to kinky vore parties. Using a zorb as a base, gluing in a fleshlike latex liner. Eventually want to mold a dragon's head from silicone foam to attach to it, for a more authentic getting-eaten experience. |3 The insides of the orbs are big enough for a couple people to move about. Three snugly. Combined with the heat, lube mix, and smell of sweltering people, should be quite the experience! Might be relaxing to just hang out in too. Like a reading nook mixed with a sauna.
Been wanting to make weird shit like that for years. Now that I've got my own place, creativity abounds.
For a smaller setup, a gbop might work.

I came across this book on Amazon: Taking the Vore Tour: A collection of Full Tour stories https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GDB3SMV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_buxMDb3NN19AC
But the only other thing I could possibly think of besides that is art.
It depends.
I forget what its called, but you have to use a sleeping bad with this type of fabric.

If you use powdered jlube and mix it up thick, it will take a few hours for it to start absorbing into the stuffing. I've never had it seep all the way through the bag. You can literaly make a pool of it in there and it will stay for hours.
As for washing, i have a top loading washing machine. Put it on deep water clean, and it washes it all out. Hang dry only takes 5 or 6 hours. (I just hang it over the shower head by the feet part of the bag).
As far as mixing the jlube, i boil distilled water, add the powder to a dry mug, and pour the boiling water in. Mix for a minute or two and its good to go in 30 min (but will be hot as hell still, so i let it cool for an hour). Raging boil works best.
You gotta use distilled because if thier is any minerals in the water, it wont mix evenly.
