My mom had this cast in dark brown resin. I thought it was great, but she was eventually convinced that it could be seen as racist(!?) and took it off her porch.

I think I’ve seen something like this before. There were a ton of “celebriducks”. Most literally just had a bill slapped on a duck shaped celebrity’s face, making for sort of creepy facial features.

I did pick up a copy of The Magic Shield: A Manual of Defense Against the Dark Arts which is intended as a serious book for people who believe such stuff is real. I gave it to my daughter because she's a Harry Potter fan.

Yeah, the design seems to be based off of those waterproof card holders, but I never knew anyone who had one of these so I can’t attest to it they were waterproof or not. I feel like they had bad reviews, though.
