This is the one I did. So worth it :) For me at least it was. It's just refreshing to know what exactly is going on im your body and having someone explain it to you in detail and then put you on a treatment plan and be there for you. They check in on you periodically to see how your feeling. How legit is that? I've never had a doctor that I saw in person even do that for me... I take 10 mg of hydrocortisone first thing each morning and an additional 5 mg at 11.

Buy them from your preferred retailer. I just linked Amazon because it was easiest. Dr. Lam's book is comprehensive. Dr. Wilson's book is shorter, but a very good start. If you can only get one right now, get Dr. Wilson's, because it'll get you started quicker. Dr. Lam's is very in depth, though, so I also consider it indispensible.
I just got my saliva tests results back. I highly recommend getting one. I have adrenal fatigue (low cortisol in the morning, high at night) and low progesterone. Now I know what I need to work on.
This is the one I got. Hormone Test
It was expensive but worth it to me because the doctor wouldn鈥檛 test these things for me. I got the results back 5 days after I sent them in. Make sure you do it on the right day (if you鈥檙e female, day 19-21 of your cycle) and don鈥檛 take any hormones (include thyroid) within 24 hours of the first test.
If you don't mind me asking what kind of difference did it make. In terms of symptoms and how you feel? My naturo has me on this and so far I'm not sure I feel a difference. I've only been taking it a week or so.
