I bought this one with a Starz-related cover in the UK, it's the 10th anniversary text. I would assume the US edition with that cover is as well.
Edit to add: if this is the one on US Amazon you're looking at it, it mentions 10th Anniversary Edition in the Product Details

It was available late last year on the BBC website, but has since gone dark. You may be able to purchase it? but I haven't been able to find a source for it.
