Just bought my beatsX about a month ago. Had this same issue. Apparently a persons ear canals can change over time. I used to be able to use medium sized tips but now the medium is too big for my left ear and the small is too small for my right ear. Look on amazon for complyfoam ear tips. They have a set made specifically for beats earbuds and they are fantastic. They work like ear plugs. Just put them on, roll them to a small tip and put them in. The heat from your ears will form them to fit and they won’t fall out. They also do a better job at noise isolation. $20 for 3 pairs. One small, one medium, one large.

I picked up the comply comfort ear buds. Doesn’t block sensor and super comfy. Sold on amazon. Highly recommend!

They aren't $400, the glossy finish is cheaper and I suggest going with a regular finish but these prices should make you happier! :)

I can confirm (along with many others) that the comply tips for the BeatsX do in fact fit on the PBP and have no issues fitting in the case either.

You can get better headphones than beats. And you saying beats are ok for the price is proving my point that you are brainwashed. If you want good headphones that are bass heavy get the IE80 drom sennheiser

If you want to get new ones you can buy them on amazon and replace them yourself, pretty easy, did it all myself. Just needed something to pry the old ear cups off and then stick the new ones on

A little thicker than the stock ear cups, but very comfortable. Includes a card with a link to a how to video on YouTube

I would suggest grabbing the ear pad replacements on amazon. 10 bucks. Including the “tool” needed to replace them.

Took about 3 minutes.

Where did you order your beats from. I made the mistake of ordering them through B&H Photo... they don't have a clue when they are getting any in.

Also, I order some very cheap ANBES earphones (Powerbeats 3 Clone) and they came with a smaller case I might use for this. I got them on sale for like 13 bucks. There is a pic here: ANBES

I recommend just getting a new headband off on Amazon, I broke the headband from one of my beats solo 3 and replaced it very easily. Unless this isn’t the headband, you can replace the part that makes it bigger and smaller too.

while this is more expensive than a replacement case, it actually charges the headphones as well and may be worth considering since beats x battery life isn't great.

They appear to fit but don't fit my ears.

Here's the thing, I have used that size several times in the past, but this go around they don't seal in my ears. I doubt my ears got bigger.. I think that the nature of the PowerBeats Pro is that they are set out farther way from your ears a bit.
