There's a chance you have this stuff listed, but I'm not seeing it...

I see tarp and stakes, but no rope.

Not seeing cutlery.

You'll want bungee cords if there might be raccoons trying to get into your food at night.

Lighter fluid is nice to have if you need it.

Paper towels.

Real, regular towels.

Percolator if you like coffee.

These are really nice to have (anything like that) in case the grill surface is too high: https://www.amazon.com/Stansport-Pack-Grill-12-5x6-25-Inch/dp/B003UAIQ1C/ref=sxbs_sxwds-stvp?keywords=camping+grill&pd_rd_i=B003UAIQ1C&pd_rd_r=6e8e42b9-b154-4a68-8ecf-780982547952&pd_rd_w=rb9I8&pd_rd_wg=tFXoR&pf_rd_p=a6d018ad-f20b-46c9-8920-433972c7d9b7&pf_rd_r=1FE2S2YM4NXFAENDCFKR&qid=1563960110&s=sporting-goods

As are these (you don't want to be at the mercy of a camp fire for 6 days) https://www.walmart.com/ip/Coleman-Camp-Bistro-1-Burner-Butane-Camp-Stove/34761205

I haven’t tested it out besides when I was making sure it fit in my car, but I just bought this foam topper .

Not only does it fit my Honda HRV like a charm, but it also can fold up and be stored in a compact manner. Smells weird but that can be fixed with febreeze.

Firestarters - cotton balls soaked in Purell, 20 to a ziplock bag. Skip the lighter fluid.

Prep, mince, slice, dice & marinate & freeze as much as you can b4 leaving and pre-cool your ice chest with ice for at least half a day.

Compressed towels!!! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K8F1J1H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_f6YBDb3T0TZKQ

Gold Bond powder

Flushable wipes

A good "rope" for camping is "550 paracord". Priceless for hanging stuff from trees, as a clothes line, rigging tarps, etc. Buy a 100-foot section.

Spices & condiments - I've git a whole kit of just this!

Develop a system of subsystems, e.g. I use ziplock and mesh bags a lot to sort like things together in a backpack or other large container so finding & accessing things quickly is easy. Everything has it's place, every place has it's thing, every bag has a "parent bag" to which it belongs.

Spare oil for car?

I bought these (or something like it that fit my Rav4); on top of tinted rear windows and a blanket stretched across the front seats, it feels pretty private.

Best Choice Products 4in Thick Folding Portable Full Mattress Topper w/ High-Density Foam, Washable Cover https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01INZBCJG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XiZ6Cb3DP7NSR

This is what I bought for our car camping. It’s light and easy to transport.

You need to give more info:
Is this a dual battery system charged by your alternator while moving?
Will you use solar to recharge?
What type of trailer and how much “stuff” will be running?
Will you move the trailer every day or use it as a home base?
How much room do you have? (For 1 battery, 2 batteries, etc)
These are just a few questions to start.

Based on a guess (external, camper mount, and road trip), you can use a vented, marine, deep cycle like this: Duralast 29DP. And that will support some LED light strands, and a small fridge for a night or two, possibly more.

Based on my own application (usually daily charge from an over-sized alternator and run a National Luna fridge, and multiple lights), look for a sealed, lead acid, deep cycle battery. For $200 I can order a sealed lead acid from Amazon and that will run everything I need for a few days, then charging off my truck for a days drive.

Lithium batteries can’t be charged when the temp is below freezing. Besides, they cost a fortune (but last a long time tolerating heavy abuse)

Your question is very broad and there are a million varying applications.

Check out Expedition Portal. Start here if you want to read about a dual battery system .

I was reading the reviews on the Stansport set that was mentioned, and I saw where this Magma set was suggested. I like the idea of teflon coated for ease of cleaning.

It's an awning that's bolted to the cargo rack.

I'm not sure the exact brand but its like this one,

Second on the this. If you don't mind being close to the ground, these can't be beat for compact and light-weight. Friend has the Terralite, I have the FBSPORT (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XZNVL7M/ref=dp_prsubs_2) as the front-back linked legs vs left-right legs worked better when beaching in the sand but YMMV.

Being you aren't hiking far from the car. A Coleman two burner is just like being at home.

An alternative to plant straws, there are a plethora of collapsible or foldable reusable silicon straws on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KNJDDF4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_0.FyDbW4YXK24

They're not very cheap, but can make a big difference when sleeping in a car. For this one I paid $350 CAD , but it seems to have gone up a bit.
