It's PPD Inkjet Glossy Photo Paper, 8" x 14", cheaper than official stuff, works just as well. Also your choice between 8x11 or 8x14 will be dependent upon what case sizes you're printing, my general rule of thumb is you can get away with 11" for handhelds but you'll need 14" for DVD/Blu-ray size. There always seems to be an exception to that rule though so I err on the side of going large with the 14", never had any problems there... just a lot of scrap paper after cutting to size ๐
As to the actual sizes of the printed image, that will depend on what you want to print of course. I'm out & about right now so I don't have my cover scans handy but I could dig up the dimensions later if you tell me what systems you're printing for. Also, if you get your scans from thecoverproject.net, most images will already be set up to print the correct size from their native DPI, just do a print preview before actually printing to confirm its centered so you have margins to cut and that the size looks right.
