It's this one here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000V0AGS/
The handle on it is flat out goofy, which I didn't notice when I ordered it on the phone app. It certainly seems built to last though. I notice the same brand name has this one too with a pistol grip that might be more comfortable. I might order it too to see if it's as sturdy as the first one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G5WNO2M/

This worked on my old chair. I haven't had to put one on the chair I have now because I only leave my house for doctor appointments, and my caregiver always drops me off under the canopy at the doctor's office. Hope this works for you.

I'm not certain how to rate its durability (I dont drop it a bunch or step on it)
The interface is a touch quirky, but its cheap, and the bottom line is that its simple.
You can organize things in folders instead of needing to rely on metadata.
Its obviously cheap, but its bigger than a clip etc.
As far as user error, any mp3 player will have that issue unfortunately
In this case the quirky ui isn't a negative imo, because people expect it to operate in a different way. I'm guessing that would not be an issue here.
I'm not willing to say it would be easy for her to use, but it does have the advantage that repeatedly pressing down then left (navigates up a menu) gets you back to the "home" screen from any screen. from there you pick the folder and thats it.
it folder structure was kept simple, navigating that should be intuitive.
Edit cant read at all?
