I got it from Amazon for $37, but other sellers have it for $28. Expensive, i know, but it really is a beautiful, thick book full of glorious pics and great text by Sebastian Mitton. There is also a kindle version for $16 if that helps.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but these are the only official prints I've found for Dishonored's artwork.

There are some really talented folks on Etsy and especially Society6 who sell Dishonored fan art, though. Maybe that would be an option. I bought a print of this one and it looks great.

Yeah, it's a masterpiece. I am on the 4th playthrough (and planning a 5th) and I am still in awe, it's a feast for the eyes and often times it feels like walking around in a beautiful 19th century painting.

As other have said the lights, architecture, animations, overall design and the maniacal level for minor details, it all contributes to an amazing atmosphere. I am a sucker for these kind of games but unfortunately there aren't that many, like Dishonored.

I would highly recommend "The art of Dishonored 2" if you want to dive even more in the artistic side of the game.

The concentration of artistic talents in this game is second to none, imho.

I’m using craft foam sheets (scrapbooking material) and hot glue for most parts. There is a red breathable cloth that is only placed over the parts where it is visible and the whole thing is built off a polygonal mask from Amazon: this one

The optics are 3D printed from files on thingiverse and the best thing about the mask is that hot glue can be sloppy because when it’s repainted silver it will look welded together.

Bought it on amazon for about 30 bucks And imo it was worth it. It has Art, concept art, Lore, Letters, character backrounds and descriptions etc etc. It has pretty much everything within the Dishonored world.

Found this on Amazon so looks like The Corroded Man is the novel and the other is the graphic novel. And yeah the novel cover says it is an official sequel so maybe it is set between the first game and the second one? Comes out in September before Dishonored 2. First of a trilogy too.

There is an immense amount! Start here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dishonored-Dunwall-Archives-Games-Bethesda/dp/1616555629. After that there is a comic book series and a novel with two more to be released. The wikia also houses a lot of info :)

Look at the "Customer Questions and Answers" section, they say you get a steam code as well. Thank goodness--my drive is busted!

If you have Amazon prime it's a better deal - 20% off. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GW8W2TU/

Oh sorry! I just woke up lol. Cant read yet apparently. It's all the stuff you can see and read in the first game.

I know it can seem like you're getting hate for Dishonored based on the responses you got, but keep in mind some very important stats about Reddit:

  • 90% of visitors to Reddit don't make accounts
  • 90% of those who have accounts don't vote

In my experience, haters tend to be more vocal/active than people who are neutral/positive about something. So for all you know, tons of people who do like Dishonored saw your posts; but of the very few who actually have accounts, the negative ones responded.

As of this writing, Dishonored has an average rating of 4.5 stars from almost 400 reviews just for the Xbox version alone on Amazon (not to mention praise, honors, and awards from critics). It just doesn't make logical sense that a game with that much positive reception is actually hated by a lot of people.

TL;DR: You're probably just dealing with a vocal minority.

Edit: The # of reviews I initially gave is for just the Xbox version...PlayStation rating is 4.5 from over 230 reviews, and PC has 4 stars from over 100 reviews. So, from a total of over 700 reviews across all systems, the average rating is 4.3.

[It's on Amazon -_-](Dishonored - The Corroded Man (Video Game Saga) https://www.amazon.com/dp/1783293047/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_sytFybSH4BMTP)

Amazon, for less than 8 bucks
Synopsis without spoilers: Mysterious man comes back from Tyvia's prison and needs help from the whalers to perform his nefarious schemes, meanwhile Emily is trying to stealth and recon on her own, unknowingly under the watchful eye of dear ol' dad.

You say "already out of stock" as if the game had just been released today. Bethesda's store usually sells out first. But Amazon still has it in stock.

u/PringCan · 1 pointr/dishonored

This website has an ebook containing supposedly all of the ingame reading materials.

Your other option is to get the Dunwall Archives official collection (which only has books from Dishonored 1).

I think I found where you (indirectly) got the name Nathaniel from: The Outsider by Nathaniel Lachenmeyer

u/ProudNitro · 1 pointr/dishonored

Amazon. It's where I ordered mine :D

Sorry for being a little late to answer you, I just saw your other comment.

u/awadafuk · 3 pointsr/dishonored

This is what I believe he is referring to, it's a decent read. It's not stellar, but a nice and readable foray into Dunwall and a few other places in the Isles.

If you have an Xbox 360 controller laying around, you can get a receiver that works fine. My brother uses it and has no problems.

u/JonBradbury · 1 pointr/dishonored

That's the thing. Think I may have worded it weird. Neither Amazon, Newegg or the game site mention steam. ctrl+f'ed the pages for 'steam.' Amazon only has a couple results showing up for 'steampunk' and NewEgg returns no matches.

u/smishNelson · 1 pointr/dishonored

I Believe you can buy the physical copies. I Think knife and trials is available in a box, but i could be wrong

edit: found it here, on amazon](http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dishonored-DLC-Double-Pack-Dunwall/dp/B00CC88DX4/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1416408278&sr=8-14&keywords=dishonored)

No there are two comic collections as well, the first was "The Wyrmwood Deceit" and the second "The Peeress and the Price".

The two comics feature rather inconsequential side-stories for the main characters after their respective games. The Wyrmwood Deceit features Corvo and The Peeress and the Price Emily.

There are additionally three novels, "The Corroded Man", "The Return of Daud" and "The Veiled Terror". The first is a sort of coming of age story for Emily as they investigate Zhukov. The second is the story of Daud before "Dishonored: Death of the Outsider" and acts as a prequel to the events of that game. And the last book is an epilogue to the entire storyline, and looks at the consequences of the outcome of the final game. It's a little bit contrived, as the expanded universe material tends to be with Dishonored.

u/Echoux · 1 pointr/dishonored

Try reading The Way of Shadows by Brent Weeks. It's not Dishonored, however, it is very much a kind of magical assassins creed lush with political corruption, violence, and magically enhanced assassination.
