I have an older one that Premier made. They're new one is too big for me. I don't have it, but the Planet Dog one seems more like the one I have. Its just a pouch for treats with a cinch top. This one by Kurgo looks nice as well.

I have a ~5 year old "Terry Ryan" hinged pouch that I absolutely love. It has "Premier" and "Gentle Leader" logos on the front. looks like this The hinges open and shut smoothly, so you can 'pop' it shut before running and not risk dropping treats. It has a belt built in, so works great over my winter coat. I stick it in the dishwasher and re-oil the hinges with vegetable oil when it gets too gross to spot clean. Very sturdy. Unfortunately, it's so old that it's impossible to find for sale...

I have not tested it, but kpct appears to sell a current version of the above pouch: http://store.clickertraining.com/terry-ryan-treat-pouch.html

Canine hardware is my go-to small sized treat pouch, about half the size of my hinged one above. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000274692. It has a drawstring and is overall sturdy and well made. It has a plastic clip and a fabric belt loop. The fabric liner is smooth and easy to wipe clean.

On a side note, I do not recommend kyjen. The drawstring model had weird plasticky coating on the fabric liner (waterproofing?) that flaked off into my treats. The hinged version had weak hinges that separated and broke quickly.

That looks heavenly! But I can't turn my airbags off manually, so I have to get one that doesn't actually touch the seat :( I finally settled on http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003F76Y8M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it seems to do the trick :)

Yes. I'm in Sweden and ordered it from amazon.co.uk since it's not available here.

Edit for link.

Had one of those bed destroyers, who thankfully grew out of it. I went to thrift stores and searched for old wool blankets. I don't want blankets/towels with loops or loose threads that can get snagged from digging around in them, or quilty things with batting that can be pulled out. Old wool blankets are the way to go. You might also be able to get fleece blankets or fleece chunks from a fabric store. Some of the fleece throws are pretty cheap, but you'd probably want to put a couple or three in there. They don't unravel if they get chewed on. Amazon has them for $8, but you can get them cheaper if you have a Meijer or something running a sale on them. I've found them as cheap as $3 but that was a while back.
