Thank you for all the information! looking super forward to getting one! I will definetly have more questions tomorrow, but alas I am off for the night. I look forward to the videos whenever you get free time and have a print going! No rush!

Also as I just mentioned earlier, out of the blue in the middle of then night while I was searching around for where to buy it, and pretty much only finding Creality and 3dprinterbay. Amazon magically has 10 in stock right now. So I am looking forward to purchasing either tomorrow or thursday!
Here is the link if you just want to double check it for, and make sure it is what it says it is. From what I read it all looks right. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WW3RMBW/ref=twister_B07XKZW9KX?_encoding=UTF8&th=1
On a different note, TH3D has an update video on new boards for them I stumbled upon there discord, The new kid chat service, so harder for me to find. I will post the video link here to, it has to do with CR-10s and Ender 5 Plus screen modifications for the board, and allowing Ezboard replacements something I was super looking into when considering. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9P9y7V_ALE
So as it seems the stars are aligning very quickly! Thanks for helping with the decision!
All prints are straight off the print bed. I hate sanding so I've worked really hard to get the printer dialed in. And when the printer isn't as dialed in as I'd like, I have found a wonderful putty that will fill gaps, holes and even join two parts of a print together ... it's Perfect Plastic Putty ( https://www.amazon.com/DELUXE-MATERIALS-BD44-Perfect-Plastic/dp/B0076LAVFK/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1DRCN7LC5IRMS&keywords=perfect+putty&qid=1573437609&sprefix=perfect+putty%2Caps%2C169&sr=8-2 ). It's great stuff! Unfortunately I don't get a share of the profits but I'm impressed with it enough to recommend it anyway!
