Thank you, I'm a fan of your work as well, hopefully we can get photos together at a con sometime! :) and yes, questions are always welcomed as I love discussing costumes and crafts!

This is the one I purchased, I'd say it's real because it has some weight to it (steel and solid wood, with very few plastic parts), haha. I had to look up the model you have, and the stock on mine has a different shape on the bottom, looks to be a bit longer, and the cocking lever is slightly curved. Also, mine is about 36" in total length, from tip of the barrel to butt.

The vault canteen cover (on my list of things to remake) is slipped on, it's just a rectangular piece of leftover fabric from my jumpsuit, which is some kind of spandex fabric I found at a local fabric store. I'm actually not 100% sure what the fiber content is, all I know is it's some kinda cotton/spandex blend. When I went fabric shopping for this costume, I hit up the stretchy fabric section, and bought the fabric that best matched my reference images and had nice 4-way stretch to it. I've always wondered why it was called a 'canteen' as well, haha ;p I would put vodka water in mine, but I don't want to chance it leaking in my bag after reading reviews! The flask itself was purchased here, I wanted an oversized one because go big or go home, amirite?

The patches are from here and here, if you contact the etsy shop owner she might be able to do a private listing for you. I purchased the Vault Boy patch before the whole Zenimax trademark thing went into effect, so now it's much harder to find related Fallout crafts on etsy. :/ You might be able to find it, or something similar on eBay!

I compiled an album of progress photos of the Mojave Express bag here, which should outline the process pretty well! The logo itself is grabbed from the wikia, I printed it out and glue stick'd it to lightweight poster board before cutting it out using an x-acto knife. I used foam brushes and fabric paint OR acrylic paint/fabric medium for the red and blue parts, and the lettering is done using a pen to 'dot' the points, and a pencil to connect said dots. Then I used a small brush and black fabric paint to fill it all in, and then I heat set everything once the paint dried!

The bow is a basic bow like this, lightly stuffed with Poly-fil to help puff it up a bit! I'm actually really disappointed with how that turned out lmao I keep meaning to remake it, but I think I finally will now that I have better Nuka-Cola caps!

Let me know if I missed anything :D I've had a bit of a long weekend, so it took much longer than I would have liked to reply!

Thank you! I actually just got mine off Amazon and did a bunch of weathering with an airbrush. Here's a link in case it helps you with details for making your own: https://www.amazon.com/Miccostumes-Womens-Survivor-Cosplay-Costume/dp/B01DZM4EH4/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=fallout+vault+suit&qid=1564073591&s=gateway&sr=8-3

Good luck!

I have ordered a Swedish bomber jacket like this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00HSRKUD0?vs=1
I am going to add belts, disstress the faux leather, stitch places where they appear in game, add BoS patches and then use tea to stain the white fluff. Please leave any ideas that may improve my designs.
