I initially think of detoxification in Floxies nothing. But everyone has to know that for themselves. I would rather help him to do his own detoxification better by eg. Milk thistle for liver, goldenrod, stinging nettle and dandelion for lymph and kidneys. Later, if you are much more stable, you can start with further detoxification. But that's just my opinion from the experience here and everyone has to decide for themselves! Please take care with all products that they are without additives, fillers etc. These include magnesium stearate, titanium oxide, silicon dioxide, all E's, magnesium salts of fatty acids. Soy and maize are genetically engineered. The NEM listed below (supplements) do not start all at once, but start with a base. The e.g. is my own plan. The base consists of magnesium malate and / or glycinate, depending on the blood picture, dolomite powder for natural calcium for 4 weeks), trace minerals, milk thistle, selenium as SODIUM selenite and the good Darmbaktieren. Beware of mercury pollution due to amalgam fillings or mercury / heavy metal poisoning. Sodium selenite combines with mercury to form undeliverable complexes. If you want to play it safe, you can test heavy metals with the HP or environmental doctor. Selenium, however, still needs our thyroid glands. You can try to get as much food as you can. Coconuts and Brazil nuts contain relatively much selenium, but not enough to remedy a deficiency. B complex and B12 as adenosylcobalamin or methylolcobalamin (NOT with amalgam in the mouth) Taking time of the basic NEM: Selenium sober in the morning 2 hours. later magnesium according to the manufacturer's instructions, you get diarrhea or palpitations half the dose (in case of dizziness and sweating please check the kidneys and reduce the dose, signs of kidney problems) At noon Vit B complex and B12 and Acerola Magnesium in the afternoon In the evening Trace Minerals Before sleep
go milk thistle In one-week increments, more NEM will be added. Never vitamins and minerals together. For legal reasons, I point out that income of any kind is your responsibility. Advice here is based on experience and research by Kerri Knox and Joshua Tucker in the US, who have worked with 2 doctors for many years and treat floxies. 1 . Gut: This is the most important step before you should even start. Because an unhealthy intestine does not absorb well / nothing. Especially with Leaky Gut we can swallow as much as we want, it will not be absorbed. Prebiotics are very important for the good intestinal bacteria. Inulin are fiber that the good bacteria love as food and thus multiply better. Creep in at low dosage; Flatulence at the beginning is normal. Here a good source of supply: https://www.amazon.de/manako-prebiotic-Inulin-1000-Beutel/dp/B003JTAAVI So that the intestine also good bacteria are fed, you can take effective microorganisms. In my opinion a true miracle cure, because one can do sooo much with it. Et al Cleaning, washing clothes, improving room air, rinsing, washing hair, animals and plants also benefit from this. Starting with 20 ml per day, you can go higher after 2 weeks to 2 x 20 ml. I order here: https://www.triaterra.de/epages/62153231.sf/de_DE/?ObjectPath=/Shops/62153231/Products/%22TriaTerra-aktiv%201%20-1000%20l%22/SubProducts/%22TriaTerra-aktiv% 201%% 20l 22% 20Flasche Or the omnibiotic products. But you have to know exactly which one is best and look over medicine fox, where they are currently the cheapest. Unfortunately, these maltodextrin contain what you should avoid. 2. Mineral deficiency My number one bioavailable and no diarrhea triggers are the Concen Trace Minerals from Great Salt Lake, Utah. Important electrolytes !! They are ionized and therefore optimal. Starting with 20 drops, increase every 3-4 days to 80 drops (1 tsp). Since they really taste very salty I always take apple juice, then you can stand it. Information: (not to order here, as much too expensive) https://www.deltastar.nl/trace-mineral-drops.html Source: https://www.amazon.de/Trace-Minerals-Research-Concentrace-Mineral/dp/B005BP5UCM/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_121_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=00MCMV92XHEWJ95G3HGH Dolomite powder (ONLY when calcium is low) Here we have calcium and magnesium in their natural form and in the best ratio. Divide the portion of dolomite into several and dissolve in a medium glass of water. Source: http://www.dolomitversand.de/4939/dolomit-pulver-ultrafein-1-kg I would combine both, whereby the dolomite powder only for about 4 weeks, depending on what the blood counts on the calcium value. Please do not be put off by the doctor with "ok". Because even if the value is in the lower range they say it's "ok". But this is a daily footbath with 2 tablespoons of magnesium chloride. 45 minutes at least, water at most 38 degrees Magnesium citrate can trigger histamine shots. Therefore, I recommend magnesium glycinate because it is bound to the amino acid glycine, which we need anyway for glutathione. MAGNESIUM TYPES Magnesium chloride: detoxifying, stimulates the metabolism and kidney function, for foot and full baths, and oil preparation optimally, can also be drunk as an oily solution / brine (tastes perverse) Magnesium citrate: Not recommended after it interacts with ceruloplasmin and interferes with iron metabolism triggers histamine bursts, contained in all major products from pharmacies and drug stores Magnesium glycinate: relaxing, is well received, helpful in leaky gut and nerve pain Magnesium malate: energizing, helps with fibromyalgia and muscle aches Magnesium oxide: very effective if you take several small doses throughout the day Magnesium sulfate: should only be taken in small doses, works best as a bath additive Magnesium taurate and orotate: protects the heart and vessels Magnesium threonate: highly effective after traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, nervous problems, anxiety and panic good magnesium: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B075KPSCVL/?coliid=I3H4BFWTPYUDIG&colid=312MTJBJ96PKK&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it 3.

Hey I'm still recovering but something that has and still is helping for my tendons is this:

https://www.amazon.com/Life-Flo-Magnesium-Supplement-Zechstein-Relaxation/dp/B00K5QUAIG

Also, make sure to get magnesium glycinate.

Thankfully you only took one pill. You will recover, keep your head up :) If you need any support just message me. I'm 26 and was 25 when I took it so I know it's really scary to watch your body start to break down. I took 7 1/2 days worth along with steroids because I didn't know that they interacted with each other until it was too late (and my doctors a moron).

But I promise, it will get better. It just might take time. :)

I always took this brand magnesium glycinate.

Looking through my notes, these are the three I've taken post-floxing, all of which have caused flare ups:

  • [Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics Original Formula](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000QS2ZFY /ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
  • Nexabiotic
  • VSL#3

The last time I took a probiotic was about a year ago (Dr. Ohhira's), and it caused my joint inflammation to get worse, especially in my left knee and ankle, and it hasn't gotten better since. This has made me fearful of taking any other probiotics, but I'm realizing now that the reaction indicates that something's out of balance that will likely need to be addressed for my health to return.
