We use an Antenna out in Brunswick and get a ton of channels. The issue we have is that we need two antennas to pull baltimore and dc at the same time and then a joiner to join them together. Don't get one of those indoor set top antennas because that shit just won't work for how far out we are.

Here is what we got:

We got ours from Best Buy open box for like $30, but Amazon's price is good. I would recommend something more like this if you are serious about getting OTA TV:

The shorter the cable run from the Antenna, the better as well. We have a lot of channels accessible in Frederick, it's just taking a bit of time to do some research and setup the equipment.

I will say that my friends and people who I have talked to that say they have "tried it" in our area, usually have tried it with a shitty tv top antenna or just plain had no idea what they were doing. I can tune at least 15 channels each from DC and Baltimore with the first antenna I listed (though I have to readjust it).

Honestly, I wouldn't sweat viewing conditions. If you're getting a starter scope, it'll be good for observing the moon, planets, binary stars, and open clusters like the Pleiades. That will keep you and the kids busy for a while, and all of them can be seen pretty easily even in light-polluted skies. Besides, from personal experience, kids prefer immediate gratification and convenience. They're not going to want to drive out to the country.

However, if light pollution proves to be a problem, just get one of these...

It screws on the eyepieces and selectively removes the light from vapor lamps.

different states (and often different counties) have different rules about drinking on the job as a bartender. Frederick County publishes their liquor code here

On page 51, it says:

> No licensee or employee shall consume any alcoholic beverages anywhere at the establishment, including the area behind the bar, while on duty.

Likewise, live bands are prohibited from drinking while on stage.

When I lived in Texas, we'd drink with bartenders all the time, and when I was in a band, I had a special mic stand attachment so that I could booze it up while playing :D

Why were you overpricing everything? That Walking dead movie set cost less than 200$ used, and only 400$ brand new Also, just become something is old doesn't make it "Vintage" and so much more expensive.
