Sure thing. Quick YouTube search and this video seems to cover it up. I've never used pre-tape but it seems great to avoid getting your arm hair ripped out like I used to have. I used to buy my tape at a pharmacy. On Amazon, these seem to be great, if only a bit overkill for what you're doing.
Just out of curiosity are you playing in the US? Is the sport growing there?
Used to wear reausche gloves. Poc shorts under playing shorts. They're a compression like skins, but instead of just compression they have a gel insert in sides and can also get with butt padding too. Upon impact they serve as protection. They're meant foe snowboarding but theure PERFECT for keeping. A mate did a tour with Australian team in Brazil and wore a pair and they worked perfectly on their super hard courts. Other than that i wore just standard nike kneepads. I wss looking into poc but stopped playing due to health issues. Didnt wear elbow pads, forund them to restrictive. My elbows did cop ot though.
