You figured this out already, but don't use paper towels if you can help it. Get the large microfiber towels like these. If you have a Harbor Freight in your area you can get 3 for like a buck. Those tiny ones that come with your glasses are for the birds. Also make sure to only use water or specialized glasses cleaner. Never use Windex or the like to clean your specs. Good luck!

I got this like four years ago. It's great because it fits perfectly in one of the pouches of my murse (man purse). I'm *pretty* sure that's the one I have I've had it for a pretty long time. But I carry it with me pretty much everywhere now. I'm disabled, can't drive, and have a few things I have to take with me everywhere...

But all I really have that glasses cleaning kit thing for these days is the carrying pouch. The bottle is easily refillable and I got a 13 pack of microfiber clothes on Amazon... :P

Eye glasses can most definitely be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. You might try using iSonic Jewelry & Eyewear Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution. Just a small amount of this solution combined with a tank of room temperature, tap water will clean and shine eye glasses very easily. This solution can break down oils from your skin, while also removing dirt and other residue.

I would also recommend our D3000 ultrasonic cleaner if you do not already have one. This model comes with a 1oz sample of the cleaning solution, as well:

I always recommend cleaning glasses in an ultrasonic cleaner with the lenses facing upward, so as to avoid scratching the lenses.

Majority of the time, you get the fingerprints, because you always adjust your glasses as they fall of out position when you look down. it can be many of reasons why they fall, e.g. You got wrong size frames etc.

to fix your 2 issues quickly, buy these two products;

Microfibre Cloths - These are the only recommended clothes, that will clean your lenses perfectly.

Anti-Slip Ear Hook Grips This will help you keep your glasses in position even when you look down, reducing the amount of adjustments hence less fingerprints.

hope it helps, as it did help me.

I am also obsessed with this kind of eyeglass style. Another model similar style is called Ray-ban "Club master". I actually just bought mine on amazon for 90$ and it is genuine. This model costs about 180$ from ray-ban website.

To make sure the glasses are genuine, contact the seller an ask if they are genuine and where they get their glasses from. Genuine Ray Ban merchandise come directly from LUXOTTICA USA. Amazon is a professional website to buy merchandise, and they will hold reliability if they tell you false information. Good luck on your eyeglass search.

You can also look into rayban's club master classic as well.

Try searching "plastic glasses black with clear gradient".

I came up with these: https://www.amazon.com/Diesel-DL5037-Plastic-Eyeglasses-Optical/dp/B00JXYVC0Q

They don't seem to be an exact match (different brand).

and then this one has some interest: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/140033869633557218/

I apologize for not being clear. I actually was talking about safety glasses: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002R9AB60/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Problem with these safety glasses is that the lenses are angles too steeply causing the bottom rims to rest on my face. My nose is untouched. Is there some "hack" I can do for this problem?

What kind of protection do you need, and why? If it's a work-related requirement that you have eye protection, consider a pair of side shields that go around the arms of your prescription sunglasses. You could also get a pair of safety goggles that will go over your sunglasses (there should even be a tinted lens option).

Unfortunately, it's just a bad fit for you. I agree with having custom nosepads made by professionals. A cheaper option is Nerdwax
which may not work as well if you have oily skin or Anti-Slip Grips .
