I picked up this frame from Amazon and it looks really nice with the painting.
The mic looks like a Shure SM7B and the headphones are the Sony MDR-7506.
It's by the brand Mokuyobi but it seems to be sold out everywhere. It had been available at Urban Outfitters and on Amazon at one point though.

— Blue cap is available on Amazon.
— I got a small roll of cotton batting and dyed about three-quarters pink with Rit boxed dye. The rest I dyed green.
— Cut forms for the eyebrows and mustache from the green and a beard form from pink.
— For the eyebrows, mustache and beard, I took spirit gum and dabbed the cotton form then pulled strands of cotton from the batting and sort of built the volume layer by layer. I also hit it with hairspray now and again to keep it all together as I was building it.
— For the hair, I just bunches up some of the leftover green batting and made a sort of hat with a folded over bunch that poked from the front of the blue cap.
