Great shoes for what you’re describing. They might struggle with 20,000km but all shoes will. You’ll need resupply in any case so just have a 2nd and 3rd pair sent out if required.

You could also consider segs when you’re walking on sealed roads to protect your soles.

I’m also looking for some sort of shell that is completely waterproof as i’ve had issues with my waterproof gear in downpours.
