For these kind of questions, my go-to translation is I Ching for Beginners by Mark McElroy.
Here are the most applicable tidbits for 43--Pursuing the Best Course:
"The empowered person, dedicated to fairness and right action, selects a goal and pursues it with confidence yet always remains open to better options."
Encourages: selecting goals in harmony with our highest values and best character; pursuing those goals with all our heart; refusing to compromise our values or ethics in the name of progress.
*In Love & relationships: For the moment, forget what you want... what's best for all involved?
I would interpret this hex to mean that, sure it would be awesome to be in a relationship with this lady, but is that's what's best for all? You don't really want to date someone who'll cheat on her boyfriend because it will be likely she'll later cheat on you. Plus you'll create a lot of suffering between the boyfriend and her.
That being said, you don't know for sure whether she has a boyfriend. Talk to her. if she doesn't have a boyfriend, then great--still check if the relationship is what's best for both of you. If she has a boyfriend, I would steer clear...
The Tao of I Ching: Way to Divination
by Tsung Hwa Jou is the best I've found so far, for learning techniques. The Portable Dragon: The Western Man's Guide to the I Ching by R.G.H. Siu is a great cross reference for greater context, as well as one of the best sources of great quotes.
I-ching is only like the classical physics. While my Chinese colleague told me that there's another theory called "heavenly stems and earthly branches".
"heavenly stems and earthly branches" is usually used together with I-ching. And "heavenly stems and earthly branches" can be even more complicated and more powerful than I-ching. If I-ching can be compared to classical physics then "heavenly stems and earthly branches" can be compared to quantum physics.
There're some books about it.

Hexagram 10 is a tricky one, it denotes a dangerous situation, perhaps charged affectively by yourself. That's the proverbial tiger in it.
Regarding the changing lines and transformed hex: Devote yourself to probing the situation thoroughly before stepping, be dilligent, wary, try to have both internal and external clarity. Then act on it with integrity and will.
Use these resources for interpreting the castings:
- Amazing synthesis done by James DeKorne: The Gnostic Book of Changes
- Vastly superior to Willhelm's translation and commentary. Symbolically sound and historically informed (!): The Complete I Ching
I’m very familiar. Here are some good resources:

It’s not the Tai Xuan Jing, but I also recommend

I also have my own work built on three forces > nine elements > 27 variants > 81 pairs > 729 triads.
There are many, but perhaps the most complete and interesting recent one is Zhouyi: A New Translation with Commentary of the Book of Changes by Richard Rutt.
The coins are used to consult/render a reading.
They are different than the yarrow stalk method.
The coin method key
Since I have your attention, I highly suggest this text for clarity, simplicity and accuracy.
Lol that's a good deal. The only thing I see on amazon is a set that's $22.81, it shows 4 rolls but the description says it's only 50 stalks

It's called The Laws of Change by Jack Balkin, and yeah I find it much more accessible (and accurate) than any of the other translations I've looked at.

Online, dreamhawk.com for me is a good interpretation. You can also try James Dekorne’s website. For books I have Brian Browne Walker’s edition.

When you cast a reading, remind yourself that yijing is for you, your guidance, your actions. Not somebody else’s.
I like the following two books:
I Ching Numerology
The Tao of I Ching
There is a book called The Astrology of I-Ching (see the commentary by Mesker). It presents a complete and very complicated, cryptic method of obtaining readings based on Chinese astrology, but its value for a beginner is that it also includes a translation of the I-Ching, and commentaries by the translator, who has studied some very ancient methods of interpretation. The text and commentaries are easier to follow than those of the sometimes very cryptic Wilhelm translation. This mode of I-Ching interpretation, based on knowledge of the trigrams' element correspondences, has been much neglected even in China, and is only now becoming more wide spread. You can also download it in djvu format
Hi, I noticed that you can buy the DVD from Amazon - at least on amazon.com and amazon.it it is available. Do you need it downloadable?

Obviously you would need to make consulting the oracle a daily practice. Other than that, read the Tao Te Ching, by Laozi. I'd get the James Legge translation. Then I would move onto reading Ta Chuan, it's a commentary on the Yijing that was written during China's warring states period.
