if you grew up in a vietnamese household and are even a little familiar with structure, you can just learn pronunciation and vocabulary and pick up a textbook. For pronunciation, there is a great flash application that allows you to listen to all the sounds and vowel combinations. For vocabulary, I have created an anki deck for beginners, intermediates, and advanced words. For a textbook, I'd recommend this book
If you are interested, I can share the program and anki deck with you.
Where are you? We're currently in Germany and my gf brought them here from Lào Cai. I could ask her where she got them from if you're in the north. However I guess you could just try asking in a Facebook group, for expats in Hanoi I know there's WTG Hanoi. However if you're Vietnamese there would be larger and better groups. They have it at folk medicine stores, so you can look for that.
If you're a Việt Kiều Amazon.com gave me some results using the alternative term from the wikipedia. With this looking correct. Again, Vietnamese medicine stores abroad might have it in stock.
Hope that helps!
My 2 cents as I don’t know the best resource out there but imho the resources u wanna use depend on your time, effort and commitment to learning Vietnamese. I spend about 30 min a day using this book
Elementary Vietnamese: Moi ban noi tieng Viet. Let's Speak Vietnamese. (MP3 Audio CD Included) https://www.amazon.com/dp/0804845328/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Mt8ACbQ5NVGJ9
And I try to do 5-10 min a day of Vietnamese on duolingo.
Im basically at a beginner level and just started about 6 months ago. Good luck and let me know if u ever want a conservation partner to practice Vietnamese.
This was my big early hurdle, luckily my dad coached me. If you have some money to spend I would recommend buying a resource-- I don't know any free pronunciation resources or else I would recommend them.

I use the text book listed at the link above. They have a few sections on pronunciation covering tones, vowels, consonants, and then the specifics on different syllables. It's mostly northern although they cover southern too.
I just found this book and it's so fun and helpful for learning!: Vietnamese Stories for Language Learners
So far I've been able to find this book which teaches Southern Vietnamese:
