There is a high chance you have either a stone or a UTI caused by a stone which you might have passed out. It is good that you exercise, keep it up. But also:

  1. Increase your water intake

  2. Boost your diet on magnesium rich foods such as nuts, leafy greens, beans, avocados

  3. You need more vitamins C, B6 and E

  4. I will advice you to look into some natural herbal extracts. These will help to break the stone into smaller pieces, expand your ureters and help you to easily flash out any stone and impurity that may be in your urinary tract. The reason I recommend herbal extracts is that in my opinion and in the opinions of several healthcare practitioners, these are safe without any potentially harmful side effects and very effective. You need Chanca Piedra, Celery Seed extract and Hydrangea.Ideally you can find these in Stone Breaker by Eu Natural (https://www.amazon.com/STONE-BREAKER-Chanca-Piedra-Gallbladder/dp/B01FERIHYE )

  5. Try drinking Lemon Juice.

Yes. Still battling with this. I have dark, coarse curly hair, and I’ve been on 2 rounds of Accutane. It’s not fun. But if it’s really bothering you, go to a dermatologist. In the mean time you can use witch hazel. This seems to help with soreness and swelling. Change your sheets/pillow covers often.
