125cc ct70 clone swapped over to a zs 190cc engine.
Frame had to be ground around the engine connection bolt area. Painted over ground metal with anti fouling paint.
Harness matched up perfectly save for an orange wire and yellow wire instead of two yellows. Both run to full wave regulator rectifier which I have linked below.
Bike was a skyteam 125cc 5.5l Frame and I was getting 57 mph from it as it was. Now I can begin to tinker and tune to see what I can get out of it. Still on engine break in tho. Easily its 80 now

You could try this part meant for the clutch on a motorized bicycle. I’ve used it on my throttle before and it worked just fine it looks sketchy but it never has fallen out for me

That's an old style pull start far as far as I know no one makes that pull start anymore. I'm guessing your new starter didn't come with a new cup.
You gonna have to replace the pull start cup. If you dont want to wait a few weeks for shipping from china. I found a pull start with a cup. When you loosen the nut you're gonna have to keep the engine from spinning when you take the nut off I usually stick a screw driver through the cup and hold it while turning the nut. Also the starter might not line up you can fix this by using longer bolts and washers to move the pull start out some to get everything to line up. when you put the nut back on torque it down to 55 foot pounds. It's important to do this your bike could jump timing if you don't torque it down I know from experience.

It's just a solid bar, right? PB blaster for the spray or alternatively Liquid wrench. Dead blow hammer works great for this shit but aren't usually super cheap. This bitch.
