Agreed. Long-time frequent hand washer here. I almost never wash my hands now with soap (just water), unless I really need to. The soap destroys the natural protection that your skin makes. You need to moisturize every time you wash your hands, and whenever your skin feels dry and irritated. I’ve had good success with this cream from amazon
