I just downloaded Memoirs of a Girl Wolf, so far I like it. Easy read, writing isn't perfect but worth the price and the story is pretty good so far. It's the first in a series. I love Sookie Stackhouse too.

Nice Dragons Finish Last by Rachel Aaron was great and funny at times. :)

Douglas Adams wrote a very funny book called The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul. I dont' remember how much romance is in there but there is some... anyways it's wickedly funny and has to do with gods in modern times who have lost some of their powers and walk among normal people

The Elemental Mysteries series by Elizabeth Hunter is phenomenal.
