I got these ones from amazon UK. They’re super comfy and the compression actually feels really nice. They’re definitely better than some of the more expensive gloves I tried.

I hope this link work. It’s a 5 in 1 Jar Opener on Amazon. Also a flat screwdriver to start cans with pull tabs and an adjustable pliers to open bottles. Black And Decker Lids Off electric opener. Sharp but small scissors that are easy to pull open. Put it all in a basket that can sit on a stair without tipping so he can let go while carrying things up stairs. Bonus if it has sections to hold a drink (and a bottle!) without tipping. Obviously something he can put out of reach of the boys. I’ve had RA for 30 years. DM me if you want more ideas!

since using cutlery can get painful sometimes I can slip these on and they are nicer on my hands than the harder plastic special grip cutlery.
I don't take Mtx so it might not help but, I also have fine/thin hair and have been taking 10,000mcg of Biotin and it's done wonders for my hair and nails. Both grow super fast.
