Saigon Market on Williamson has most of that.

Kaffir Lime leaves are pretty hard to come by, you can order them online or do without.

Galangal is also known as Blue Ginger, they sell it frozen in one of the big solid door freezers in the back (not the window freezer).

Lemongrass is cheap there, I would also recommend picking up some shallots as asian shallots are typically smaller than the ones you see in the regular grocery store...so using them for recipes is easier.

Thai chilies they sell dried (whole or ground). If you are looking for fresh they might have them seasonally?

There are several options for coconut milk so dealer's choice.

I couldn't find this information for my antenna online. I have a GE 10621 (link1, link2). The mile range isn't listed.

I did find a similar one #11264 with a 40 mile range, but that's not my antenna.
