Not to mention that the audiobook for The Perfect Weapon is performed by January LaVoy, the same actress who did an awesome job for the audiobook of Bloodline. Highly recommend it.
This is awesome! After I saw this pic, I ended up arranging my collection in a similar manner - give us periodic updates as more canon media is released!
Couple of questions:

Oh wow. Is it this?
Had no idea!
Guess I could mention that in my list, but definitely not what I'd consider affordable...

Dark Horse Books does a lot of the Art of books, they aren't Dark Horse comics, before anyone gets too excited about that bit. Source of listing
This book is actually different.
Where as Ultimate Star Wars and most visual dictionaries have spreads on specific characters or things and go into detail on them, this book has spreads on general topics and has a bunch of prop photos of them. It's even got spreads on things as trivial as food, luggage, furniture, and interior design.
Its amazon page has some preview pages to give you some idea.
EDIT: as far as interesting info goes I think the only treat we'll be getting is the re-canonizing of some of the trivial details found in the original visual dictionaries. But if I find anything juicy I'll be sure to post.
There are no new novelizations unless you mean the ones that /u/Zapik is talking about and those are aimed at the 8-12 y/o range (middle-grade). Technically the story group says the original novelizations are canon "where they align with the films" which is a roundabout way of saying they aren't fully canon. To me, not fully canon means not canon at all. There is also the 100% canon graphic novel adaptation which is really nice.
I dont think its a re-release of of the legends Novel, its a re-release of the newer junior novel from 2004, which was 138 pages. Since its the same author for both.
The EU version looks that way, but if you buy the NA version, it's not.
NA: https://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Seasons-Collectors-Blu-ray/dp/B00E8G5HFA
EU: https://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Clone-Season-Blu-ray/dp/B00APGRMX2
EU is also drastically cheaper.

It's on the US site still.
According to one of these forum replies, George Lucas himself gave an answer to this issue while speaking in the voice of C-3PO.
> "There are literally hundreds of Ambassadors, to many systems, including several ambassadors from Alderaan. We would take ambassadors and important government people from Alderaan to all over. Mainly I'm an interpreter robot. If we found alien life-forms or if we were on a planet where they did not speak the Universal Galactic Language, I would have to translate. So I wasn't really in on what was going on. I was programmed to mention having no knowledge of the Princess - that she was aboard the ship. That's why I always seemed ignorant when she was brought up. I knew who she was, but I was programmed not to say who she was"
Apparently this book is the source of the quote.
