Yes, it can be very intense and stressful at times, especially depending on the type of work you cover. You can minimize that by figuring out what types of assignments are a good fit for you. If you encounter people that you don't enjoy working with, you can choose not to work with them again. It's a very rewarding job and you're always learning.
