This video on YouTube was how I very first found out about it. After listening to it I was fascinated and it blew my freakin mind that I had never heard of it before. I went on to read every single article, study and report that I could possibly find and learned ALOT about exactly how and why it works. It's honestly amazing and I could go on and on about it but you would benefit more by hearing it for yourself so take 10 minutes and listen to this video: You will then also understand WHY we haven't heard more about it.

As for the exact Vitamin C powder that I used, I purchased both of mine off of Amazon. I will link them both below. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about my personal experience. I recently wrote a super in depth post about everything I learned about Vitamin C. If you look at my profile you will see it. You may also find that to be helpful as well. Best of luck to you! ❤

Vitamin C Powder on Amazon

All the basics that help people stay regular. Eat a salad for lunch, the insoluble fiber will help with your constipation and as a benefit will keep your blood sugar stable and reduce your cravings for snacks in the afternoon.

You can try taking a probiotic, this is the one I'm using.

But you know what has seemed to really help eliminate my constipation problem, I mean totally eliminate it? Magnesium.

Not only are my poops no longer hard but they are many times actually soft. I recently decided I didn't like the direction my health was headed, got my blood work done and found I was pre-diabetic and had slight anemia. So I started hitting the gym nearly every day, eating way better, and supplementing. I did some research for supplements backed by science. The list I came up with was this:

Creatine Monohydrate

Magnesium (L-Threonate is supposedly better able to cross the blood-brain barrier)

Vitamin D3

Fish Oil

I've been taking all of this stuff for about two months now and between that, the better diet, and working out my energy levels are much higher, my strength is already improving a lot, and my poops are not hard anymore.

Right now I'm on a low dose of Suboxone, 2mg/day, so I'm sure that helps. After being on this drug for 11 years I'm a big believer in being on the lowest dose you can be comfortable on.

I don't want to get too off topic but this channel has been so helpful to me for to start improving my health that I'm going to link to the supplements video in case anyone else here finds it useful:

Good luck with your poop!

I’m sure it can be done, but the amount of drops of alcohol would undoubtedly be different. I assume that you’d need less initially to get the proper ratio because the tablet contains more mass overall. Check out my other comment for the final amount of drops you want after dilution is complete. I would start low, let it dissolve and then count how many drops you have afterwards. You can always add more drops afterwards to create the proper ratio.

Edit: on second thought might not really work with tablets. If I only had access to tablets I’d weigh them with this scale (American Weigh Scales GEMINI-20 Portable MilliGram Scale, 20 by 0.001 G to get an average weight in milligrams. Then I’d crush the tablet and turn it into powder and put into medicine bottle. I’d then weigh out the amount of powder in mg for the equivalent amount of suboxone mg (based on simple calculation of mg of suboxone per mg of tablet weight). This scale is awesome and very accurate and would probably be the best way to precisely dose a tablet in the below 1mg range.

I got mine offline... if you get it at a store you MUST be sure it is 100% pure with no fillers or anything else. I bought this one off Amazon, but if you can’t buy it there, be so so so sure that if you buy pure vitamin C in a store there’s nothing else in it or else you risk overdosing on whatever the filler or additives are. Follow up on the brand you buy in store, and don’t trust the sales clerk 100%. Hopefully though, you can just buy the one I linked you because that’s the one.

I'm not sure if we're allowed to post Amazon links but this is what I use to cut. Super precise. Just fold in half and cut. You can do that accurately until .25mg (32 pieces). After that, you can't fold but can get it pretty close to .125 by eyeballing it.

Put 1-2 tbsp flax seed in your protein shakes or smoothies. It is basically plant based natural fiber.

I noticed I regularly go the bathroom when I take that in the morning. Noticeable difference when I don't.
