I have these and they sound great and work pretty well. Never had an issue with them in the year that I've had them and I treat them like shit. They clip together magnetically so you can keep them secure around your neck when you aren't using them which is a feature I didn't think I'd care about/need until I actually got them.

I'd pretty frequently get tendinitis in my elbows. Can't say for sure that's what you've developed, but wearing these compression sleeves on upper body days, more frequent stretching, and spacing out days involving strain on the elbows helped alleviate the issue.
