So, I had a iPad mini version 2 that was struggling in 5v5 the last few updates. I was getting a lot of frame rate drops and occasional crashes until this update happened. With this update I couldn't even get through a 5v5 game without a crash. I was very frustrated to say the least but I decided it was time to upgrade. Do I wish I didn't have to? Of course... Do I wish the game was better optimized for my old iPad? Yes, but what you gonna do?

So I went to Amazon and got this Apple iPad (Wi-Fi, 32GB) - Space Gray (Latest Model) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BTS2KWK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_isDWCb308W1KF

The game plays perfectly now. And as a bonus my first rank game got me back into VG.

The people who use thumbs suck no offense I'm just saying it's way easier without thumbs. most people put it on the table and maybe prop it up and use their index fingers. I personally like to use a stylus and hold it but there are many ways. I just recommend not using thumbs

Edit: sarcasm, but who are you sat what's better for who? Because you think using a stylus sucks, doesn't mean they suck or the people who use them suck. Druid uses a stylus and is considered the best laner in the world to many people.

I use these and I'm very happy with them: The Friendly Swede Replaceable Micro-Knit Tip Hybrid Stylus with Lanyards, Cloth and Replacement Tips (3 Pack) (Black + White + Dark Blue) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K4NVRRI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_hKZtyb153RD1Y

IraqiZorro also uses a stylus on streams and he's one of the best laners in EU.

Do you use these in your phone or Nvidia Shield?

So, when I first got the Shield, I was dead-set on streaming to Twitch. When I bought it, I got THIS. They're a pair of Bluetooth Headphones with a Mic Built in. Now, they're not the BEST mic, but they will fix a lot of the issues that you are talking about, since they are far away from your tablet. They also have a separate audio level, so you can turn the volume up and down on them. Now, I don't know how well they'll work with Mobcrush, but they got the job done when I was streaming to Twitch that way.

And, if Mobcrush ever gets a Desktop Setup for their service (so you can use OBS/XSplit), the Shield has a Micro HDMI Port on it. This means you can use a Capture Card with your Shield. I actually use that to stream to Twitch now, which gives me a lot of options.

Either way, good luck on getting your stream working and getting these pesky nuisances taken care of!

I bought a $50 amazon tablet for playing mobile games and just simple browsing around the house and it is great for VG!

When it was finally done, I jumped in a game and it took forever to load the map and the game was well under way.

It looks like my sdcard is just very slow, have this one as it seems like one of the fastest ones:

The ASUS RT-N66U is a good budget router for wireless gaming.

It broadcasts in 2.4GHz and 5 GHZ and has a decent GUI for setup and network mapping, among other useful features.

I use this one by Anker. Was recommended by many a fellow redditors on this subreddit. I think it's pretty solid, doesn't slide around, and the price is right.

Here's the Nvidia Shield K1 for $200. I bought this mainly for VG and it works great!

Some specs:

Oh sweet! All I need is a ~$1500 computer?? Or I could buy one of many sub-$200 cards and use it with any existing computer.

If you decide to go with the capture card route, you'll also need ~$60 in hardware for a lightning to HDMI adapter, and an HDMI splitter, but $60 + $200 > ~$1500.

If you already own a Mac, power to you! Otherwise, it's not the end of the world.

They're better now that they run android apps. Here's the one I have if you wanna check it out https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01J42JPJG/ref=dp_ob_neva_mobile

Buy a 'Y-OTG' cable like this https://www.amazon.com/Micro-Cable-Power-Samsung-AtomicMarket/dp/B009YPYORM as suggested by josfr4ncisco. Connect both ethernet adapter and charger to it. It should give you both charging and network connectivity. Try it out.

Guys, I'm looking at this right now. Never bought anything from amazon before so mind my ignorance. Does it include the sylus? Or is that an optional item as well?
