I hear ya on the sound problems - it feels like one of the main areas I want to work on. I used this mic with a regular old suspension stand and windshield.
For the earlier video (that I took down), I uploaded it with the 1080p preset, for this one I went with "Match Source - High Bitrate" and assumed they'd be the same - oops! I'll know for next time.
Also that's really solid advice on the music front. I will keep it in mind for the one I'm working on next.

The writing and editing are very well done! However the volume level needs to be about 10db higher, at least (had to double my volume just to hear it). Also, you need a pop filter!
