If it is in your budget, I definitely recommend this program. My boyfriend does it and he really likes it. Diamond Dallas Page has saved very injured wrestlers lives (and regular people too!) so he knows his stuff more than the average perky aerobics instructor.
The thing about it is that it is geared toward men so the yoga moves have "dude" names & he demos the moves on mostly hot blonde models. There are a few demo dudes, but I found the ladies more helpful since I am a lady.
My personal favorite is Leslie Sansone. She does a "walk away the pounds" program. There are tons of her videos on youtube for you to try & if you like them you can buy them on ebay for cheap used or digital on amazon. Honestly, stick with the videos where she has bad 90s hair & the people behind her look "normal" and are all shapes/sizes. If she has Snooki hair & fitness models, skip those for now, since many people find them to be more intense/harder for beginners.
Her videos are all about walking in place + doing 4 basic moves and it gets your heart rate up, but it isn't a dance routine style of aerobics (I am terrible at the ones where you keep adding moves). If any of the moves are out of your range of motion, just keep walking in place! You will get a great workout from just the walking, I promise!
Right now I use a personal trainer at the gym at work 2x a week, but I made her do a leslie sansone video on youtube & she said she was surprised how aerobic it was!
Leslie has an app that you can try for free where she sets a calendar with different video segments & rest days so you know what you should be doing, which is what I think you might be looking for.

Start with a mile each day and if you feel ready, do a bit of mile 2 each time. You can modify by repeating videos or skipping them.
This is the video I started with - It used to be on demand and I did it every day & I lost 25 pounds. (I have lost a total of 40 pounds to make Lifetime at WW)

https://www.amazon.com/gimMe-Organic-Premium-Roasted-Seaweed/dp/B00BCG0OAC nori strips - salty and crunchy, can distract me from chips! (1pt) I agree with good thins corn and salsa- when i feel super snacky that gets me far. banana dipped in PB2 chocolate powder (1pt) Or I make riffs of Elote salad- pending how many points I want to spend I use corn, scallions, chili powder, garlic, FF eta (lower pt option) or FF mayo (higher pt option)- super yummy, and put over romaine if I need more filling. Can also add in black or pinto beans for more of a side dish/lunch... and of course a tumaro wrap (1Pt) with FF refried beans (0pts) and some reduced fat feta or cheddar, salsa, lettuce, etc!
Ha! Well since you asked...
Truly truly, I could go on. But those are some good places to start :)

you’ll never catch me without a pitcher of it in my fridge—i drink all two gallons in a week, sometimes two. it’s great for working out and hangovers, helps me stay away from sugary beverages, and i actually started drinking it instead of coffee and have felt 10x better since making that change. and now i’ve found a fun way to incorporate it into my adult beverages 😈
I strongly recommend buying a shipping scale. For the same price as a fancy bathroom scale they are accurate down to a twentieth of a pound and never gives a bad reading. Been using this for years and I love it.

Also, always only weigh yourself in the morning, after you use the toilet and before you eat or drink anything, and only naked or in your underwear. That way you are sure to always be comparing apples to apples. Your weight can fluctuate so much throughout the day depending on what you eat and what you're wearing.
I just bought this one on Amazon. It's a 17 month planner!!! At the beginning of each month it has a page where you can check boxes off for whatever you want. I love this concept. I used to make my own and nearly did a happy dance when I saw this...

> Can I seriously have anything off the SF list within a satisfying, not overeating amount and not have it count against my daily/weekly points?
Yes, the key point is it is about eating to satisfaction (vs. eating until full). If you are interested in the science behind Simply Filling check out the books by Barbara Rolls on Volumetrics (link)
Breakfast: Coffee with 3tbsp of Sugar Free creamer (1sp) with 2/3 of a fiber one bar (3sp/4 for the whole thing, but I wasn't that hungry)
Lunch: Brought my work crockpot filled with buffalo chicken breast (5 oz chicken breast, ranch powder, franks red hot) (0sp) To make a wrap with an Ole! tortilla (1sp) and some avocado (3sp) and a side salad (0sp)
Snack: Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp of chocolate sugar free Jello pudding (0sp) and strawberries
Dinner is more chicken in the home crock pot (bourbon chicken for 3 sp, with rice for 6sp and whatever veggie I dig out of the fridge)
You don't need to deprive yourself! Check out some of my favorite low point carb things:
I have found all of the above at Walmart BUT the noodles. I ordered from Amazon.
For peanut butter, I've heard good things about PB2 and it's super low points.
Edit: More stuff:
This pita bread is 1 point
These crackers have 3 points for 41! I use them instead of tortilla chips with salsa!
The best-tasting is whey protein IMO, but since figuring out I had a dairy allergy a few years ago, I either get this egg white protein (although it's expensive af) or vegan protein like this.
I blend a scoop or two with a frozen banana, some ice cubes, and some unsweetened almond milk, maybe a tbs of peanut butter, and it's almost like drinking a milkshake. Keeps you full for a long time too.
Food scales are very inexpensive on Amazon. This is the one that I have—it's about $11.
My store had these for 2SP each. The first one I had was very bland and raw-tasting, so I gave the next one a light salt-rub first and it was kind of a game-changer!!! https://www.amazon.com/Toufayan-Bakeries-Sodium-9-inch-Burrito/dp/B00E8R7JMS
There's a hamburger bun I've bought online before that's only 1 point - https://www.amazon.com/SmartBUN-Plain-Smartbun-24-pack/dp/B077G723L9/ref=sr_1_4?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3sii1OX64QIVL7CzCh2SNg5qEAAYASAAEgIBDPD_BwE&hvadid=178352762075&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9007838&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=e&hvrand=8603307435650316082&hvtargid=kwd-184722039606&hydadcr=6382_9608701&keywords=smart+bun&qid=1556729600&s=gateway&sr=8-4
My boyfriend also had to cut back, he swears by this stuff to make a 'dupe' latte: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A64MBBG/
