Sorry, he's probably the best-known wuxia novelist in the sinosphere, so I didn't think to elaborate on titles. His bibliography is listed on his wiki, but my favorite novel of his is The Smiling, Proud Wanderer (笑傲江湖). It tells the story of a martial world wrought asunder by a manual of ultimate power that exposes the greed and ambition that hides just under the surface. The hero Linghu Chong is one of my favorite characters and the different martial arts sects provide a fun and interesting setting. There are fan English translations available online, but I haven't read any of them, so I can't vouch for their accuracy and quality.

The Condor Trilogy is also very well-regarded: The Legend of the Condor Heroes (射鵰英雄轉), The Giant Eagle and Its Companion (神鵰俠侶), and The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber (倚天屠龍記). These tell the stories of generations of heroes during the end of the Song Dynasty through the Yuan Dynasty. This is being officially translated at the moment and is available at major retailers like Amazon.

Other great novels are Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils (天龍八部) and The Deer and the Cauldron (鹿鼎記), which is considered by many to be his best work. There are fan English translations of the former, and an official English translation of the latter by John Minford, who has done many translations of Chinese classics including The Story of the Stone (a.k.a. A Dream of Red Mansions), the Dao De Jing, and Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio.

Really any of his books are a cut above most other wuxia, in my opinion. Whenever a new wuxia novelist comes on the scene and the publishers want to sell their stuff, they're always touted as the "next Jin Yong," but I don't think any of them reach the heights Jin Yong was able to.
