I have a mg scale as well. What I do is measure out 30mg, or 0.030g as it would look on the scale, and use a little funnel to pour it into a glass bottle, then mix in 30ml of propylene or everclear, and I get consistent results. I use the number 30 because my bottle is a 30ml glass bottle like this one.
