Methinks this skeletonized leaf is actually artificial. Not in the sense that the leaf is fake, but that the actual skeletonization was done artificially. You can buy whole packs of skeletonized leaves for craft projects for pretty cheap.
The reason why I think this is that naturally skeletonized leaves rarely end up being this perfect. Skeletonization is a result of organisms eating the leaf tissue, whether it be insects or bacteria (if the leaf is sitting in water). Almost always, there are bits of leaf tissue left over.
I can't imagine a normal condition in an indoor area that would cause a leaf to skeletonize like this and in such a perfect way. I think that maybe this leaf was part of some sort of craft project or gift or something, and it just happened to fall off and OP picked it up.
