This is 3903 vinyl tape. You cant see in the video but there are slight ridges all along the tape to make it easier to tear. It is my favorite bondage tape as it unrolls quickly and easily, comes off nicely, and comes in a variety of colors. it is overpriced on amazon though.... should be about 6-9 bucks.
