I use 3M Micropore tape to cover my nipples as well as the occasional hot spot or blister on my feet. That stuff never comes off even when drenched in sweat.

I've only used 3M micropore tape... it literally forces/empowers you to breathe through your nose.. thus, no snoring.

I imagine you could find at least one of these at a pharmacy or supermarket/store in Spain.
