Going off this picture
For gear, a low vis plate carrier (or crossdraw, but plate carrier makes more sense) and a belt with HSGI Tacos on it or a drop leg. That makes sense for a prepper/undercover perspective. A low vis plate carrier (like a Slickster or Spritius?) would help them stay sort of inconspicuous, if they drop the guns at least, while providing protection. Tacos make sense because they're scavenging for ammo and using various different guns and Tacos will carry anything.
They use Blackhawk Serpa holsters but I can not recommend that. They're some of the worst designed holsters ever made. Safariland and G-code both make drop legs that are much better.
I don't know much about sling bags but 5.11 makes one. It'll be real nice though expensive. Best advice I can give there is to go on Amazon and find one you like.
for clothes, they wear everyday clothes. Jeans or cargo pants with a shirt and coat. I think the 5.11 Stryke pants would be a good fit. They have plenty of pockets, stretch well, don't look tactical, and are slightly water proof which I think would be good in snow. Other than those, wear whatever pants you can move well in. Could look into 'tactical jeans' like 5.11 Defender-Flex but I don't know much about those.
5.11 Tactical Rush Moab 10 backpack is perfect as well.
