8bitdo recently released a new version of the M30 2.4G that comes with a USB receiver: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XPHP57T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_-rUVDbJK68CPT

You can also get the version of the M30 2.4G with Sega Genesis receiver and combine it with a Raphnet adapter: https://www.raphnet-tech.com/products/db9joy_usb_v2/index.php
