I bought this mattress for $55 (for some reason it has gotten more expensive since then) and it is perfectly fine. It is more comfortable than a traditional spring mattress that I once bought for $250.
Here it is folded up, fits perfectly with the rear seats up for traveling. Takes up quite a bit more space than an air mattress but it will be much more comfortable and warmer in the winter.
