I didn't use a ton all at once so maybe it wasn't as damaging, but like I said, my teeth are in pretty good shape so I'd only use it periodically just to prevent damaging them!

Just bought this, only been using it a few days. Has very good reviews
"Activated charcoal" is supposed to help with that. I can't vouch for it, but some people apparently swear by it. Here's a cheap example, the reviews might be helpful, though my default position is they're probably spam.
I bought some of this, but IMO it's kind of gross to use.
